Bang Your Pots – Every Day at 6 PM
Every day at 6 PM, we call on everyone to join a united pot-banging protest against the man-made famine in Gaza. Together, we can make noise for those who are being silenced by hunger.
Together, we make noise for those who are starving and force the world to listen.

Set your alarm for 6 PM, grab a pot or pan, and bang from your window or balcony for 2–5 minutes. Help create urgent awareness about the unbearable situation in Gaza.
📹 Record your action with a 🇵🇸 flag or keffiyeh and post it with the hashtag #PotBangingForGaza to amplify the message.
✊🏾 The more of us who join, the stronger our voices. Our goal is to make this a daily action at 6 PM – growing day by day until it spreads to more cities and countries as a Global Action.
Spread the Word Widely
Pot banging – also known as Cacerolazo – is a traditional form of protest, famously used during COVID lockdowns. In cities around the world, people banged pots daily to honor healthcare workers or protest restrictions. Now, we use this powerful tool to demand an end to starvation in Gaza.
Share on all your social media platforms and encourage your followers, friends, and family to join. This is an action anyone can take – from their own home. Together, we create a wave of noise and solidarity.
